Another sleepless night

For some weird reasons, I have been thinking a lot before sleep, only this semester.
As a result, I dont have much quality sleeping time. I think I am gonna suffer this exam.

So, while I was on the bed trying to sleep last night, I recalled my memory about 5 years ago. The year when I by some chance got into Singapore. Ohman, it has been 5 years. I am old. SOB :(

On this day in December, year 2004, my family and I took a cab and went to Oldham Hall. Oldham hall is kinda hidden in ACS barker Road, thus, it takes us quite a while to get there.

I still remember I went there with only 1 luggage bag. The kind staff that brought me around (Ms Janet)mentioned that I am the first girl that brought so few stuff, ie only 1 luggage bag.

I stepped into the 6 bedded room, and I was greeted by the smelly fellow, limzhi. She smiled at me (you know, like really a big wide smile) and said hi to me. Yup, smelly, I think you are the 1st one I talked to in OH. Joleen didnt look very friendly at first. And well, the rest of my roomates werent there yet.

And there comes dinner time.Card tapping system just came as something really 'weird' to me. Anyway, my first dinner was some super plain steam fish. But well, my parents were saying I am much lucky than them who ate those super disgusting "pig rice" during their times.

And well, here I am, after 5 years, still surviving in Singapore.
I really wonder what my life will be now, if I didnt choose to come to Singapore.

Now, I am flying to US soon. Another new place. Guess what, I have so many things to worry about and sigh, I dont expect much fun there. Set my expection low, so I wont feel so disappointed later.
