Was talking to Michele about our University life. The conclusion we get is : NUS = No life.
We realize that the university itself doesnt have many events during festivals, or some kind of like special day, unlike those overseas University. The only thing u can think of as something"happenning" is clubbing, eating and shopping. In Singapore, there are less than 5 nice eating places, the beach is man-made. Sad sad life. The irony is we studied so hard just to get into NUS(some top ranking school) and we ended up suffering here (realizing that we are not hardworking or smart enough). Haiz.
Singapore is a small place when you realize that somehow you and your friend's friend are linked. This gal may be your friend's pri school classmate, while this guy may be your friend's friend ex boyfriend. SO, it ended up, half of your coursemates are related with you in a way, even before you get to know them. Haha.
While waiting for bus to Ikea today, suddenly this bus driver talked to us. Turns up, that bus driver used to work in Oldham Hall Hostel Kitchen..haha. Such a small world. Never though that we will see him again. At least not in Bus driver's Uniform. Perhaps, economy is really so bad that people change job all the time??
Time to go back to sleep. It is pouring, raining and I feel like snoring...
Sleep time, Adios!
